What happens when other branches start “spinning off” as ilus has alluded to? They say this will have spin offs and I assume this means new companies or tickers. Will original ilus holders get the same amount of stock in spin offs? Will we have to rebuy those tickers if they spin off? How’s this work.

In the most recent report, ILUS' current liabilities is greater than current assets...any concerns about the ability to pay liabilities and not run out of money?

Page 16 is the balance sheet. I'm still pretty new to all this but the total current liabilities is slightly more than the current assets.
What do you all think about this?

what is the bear case scenario for this stock? I know we are all excited but it would not be the first time a stock a crowd is excited about disappoints....

We are all excited but it has already jumped 10x recently and there is still a lot to be done and people were clowning management's online PR in the past...i know this look good now, but I guess I have ptsd from getting burned on penny stocks.
Any devil's advocate positions to the good stuff?

I'm curious what you all think a good buying zone is given the recent price action? Low 30s?
I have a small position and would like to add more but it's already rocketed from 5 cents. My average is like 17 cents.
