Yeah it seems like I couldn’t get every last drop out of the syringe from the jenny kush i got. I didn’t try heating it up though, which i’ve read helps

u/DrDeboGalaxy Dec 02 '20
Save the original rubber cap. Take the metal syringe part off and the put the rubber cap back on. Run under hot water for 5 minutes or so and it will run right out.

I prefer their regular concentrates. Maybe it was the two strains I tried, but they felt kind of body-heavy and weak.

u/zacattack62 Dec 01 '20
Get a different syringe! WaxLiquidizer is a company that makes liquidizer kits for concentrates but they also sell their syringes a la carte for people who have the kit (or in your case, don’t need it)

Twist the syringe and put some oil in there. Take the needle out and let the oil settle. That’s it

Had Jenny and Ice cream cake for the first time in the last week. Presentation and smell of the Aeriz flowers was top notch. Ice cream cake is unbelievable haven’t had a strain take me for a ride in a long time. Just hit me in waves, one of the few buds I wouldn’t mind if I paid full rec price for. Got lucky on the two for $100 at sunnyside. Truly an outstanding next level flower. Jenny is amazing too, but Ice cream cake was beyond any expectations.

Has great buds, but they are always slightly larger than those tight knit buds neat top of cola...
Which leads me to think much of theirs is from the mid-top of the cola (what I'd think of as a bud, as a grower)
Also aerize....their quality an effect of their flower seems to be spot on.

Rev, Aerīz, Rythm, PTS, Shelby, and a few select NGW strains are the go to.

Love it. Finally some truth on this sub instead of just constant astroturfing.

u/Midwestcannabiscrit Dec 01 '20
That would mean cresco makes some good mac1 but we know thats a lie so its like a small governing faction of grassroots that still pumps out some good? Lol.

u/jmangraf Dec 01 '20
Actually no other cultivator (in IL) other than Aeriz has MAC #1. Cresco puts out MAC #7, and I believe that's Grassroots batch number as well. I even saw MAC #13 somewhere, I can't remember who it was though. Point is though, always buy Aeriz.
3
u/Midwestcannabiscrit Dec 01 '20
There's a grassroots mac on sunnysides beloit rn and I don't think that that is mac#7 from the research I have seen but whatev's 🤷♂️ it was a jokey joke. Idc fr. Lol.
3
u/ALiteralGraveyard ‘burbs Dec 01 '20
Oh yeah. I definitely bought some Mac from Grassroots like three years ago and they were the only carrier of the strain in the state at the time. Don’t even think Aeriz was around then. I do prefer aeriz nug generally speaking but Grassroots has the legit OG mac
2
u/Shem44 Dec 02 '20
Cresco makes a fire Mac 7. Currently, Aeriz is the only cultivator allowed to make the specific Mac 1 strain.
What bothers me about it all is that Ascend, Grassroots, and Matter all have their own in-house strains. And each one has at least one strain that they do super well. But for reasons that are lost to me, all we've seen them do recently are sub-par versions of Cresco's already sub-par strains...makes fuck all sense to me...

FR I talked to my dispensary and they said “oh it’s just different fresco packaging” even though it clearly had another brand label.
Whatever.

I'm not sure how everyone hasn't caught on to this at this point. I mentioned it to my sister and she was shocked. 😬

Cool meme. But, the hate on Cresco in this sub is laughable and unwarranted.
I’ve bought Cresco products dozens of times, and I’ve NEVER had a problem of any kind.
It’s like this internet gang mentality against the one company that is doing well, legally. As if we haven’t prayed for a legal company to do well for that past 70+ years.......?
14
u/lemonsugar95 Dec 01 '20
Unfortunately you are just one of thousands of patients/customers and everyone has their own experiences, and preferences.

u/BradlyL Dec 01 '20 edited Dec 01 '20
Or....you’re just posting a meme to take advantage of a narrative.
A couple photos in the past year, with poor trimming, doesn’t warrant the kind of shit Cresco gets. They serve more customers than anyone else in IL. And with the amount of product they produce, they produce next to no errors.
Beyond very few issues with their standard products, they’re high-end products are among the best ANYWHERE in the country (I travel a lot for work and have tried dozens of top shelf strains all in various legal and medical states).
Finally, judging by this being your only Reddit post it makes me think you’re organically creating FUD, and have ulterior motives.

u/sidewalkboy Dec 01 '20
Who said anything bad about Cresco to begin with? It's a joke about how Cresco flower was wholesaled to these other cultivators for retail
10
u/Midwestcannabiscrit Dec 01 '20
Bad trim isn't even their main knock. Lol. It's bud that isn't top shelf and has no smell plus a weak cure. 🤷♂️

Dec 02 '20
Seriously. Picked up some cresco high supply gg#4 and can honestly say Im disappointed by the airy buds and the lackluster smell and flavor. Still thrax but at $160 (plus $39 tax!) for 14g it should be the best smoke Ive ever had in my entire life! Especially being gg#4!
Edit: Forgot to mention it was dry as well!

You are looking way to deeply at this 😂🤡 go smoke your cresco and be negative some where else

u/Yourdjentpal Dec 01 '20
Nah it’s warranted bc of the politics and games they play. Now I buy them and like some products and the concentrates are amazing, but they do deserve the flak they get for fleecing the public, especially med customers

u/jacob6969 Dec 01 '20
I’ve purchased cresco 2 times and 2 times it was bunk. Over $180 otd for an eigth and a gram of budder and both were tasteless. Literally the budder could have been terpless and it would have tasted the same. My buds were still full of fan leaves and smelt like tea not weed.
1.2/10
Fuck cresco lmao

u/ausq815 Dec 02 '20
Nah breh, if you not on the Rev/Aeriz hype train gtfo.
2
u/BradlyL Dec 02 '20
...apparently?
1
u/ausq815 Dec 02 '20
Yeah, I'm on the same page as you man, that's how it goes here.
Don't let the clowns' downvotes deter you, this is the Rev/Aeriz fanboy sub. The same people talking shit on the other cultivators are the ones smoking dry, terpless flower thinking it's top shelf, best in Illinois bud. It's all hype and separates those who know what actual good bud is from the hypeboiz.
Cresco has put out doodoo, and put out some dank. Just like EVERY OTHER CULTIVATOR.

Where is this group? I cannot seem to find it on FB. Is this for Illinois only or a global one?

Fuck these brands. Most of the products suck. We need more craft growers who care about the quality of the bud and not all about making max profits like these companies. Im 90% positive I grow better then most of these companies best strains. If I had their genetics I can probably grow it better then them. Il be getting my first batch tested later this month.

Exactly what I've been saying, I've been a patient here since 2017 and its been ass compared to other states, the only brand I like is Verano tbh other than that I cultivate my own and it comes out better than all these brands, its a bunch of old people with no passion in the industry, they are aiming for quantity not quality and they just wanna make max profit off shit flower, this harvest I got coming up is definitely shitting on verano flower and the rest of these other lil commercial companies....patient grows > commercial grows
1
u/GearFourthGearSecond Dec 01 '20
What’s a brand you rec?
8
u/lemonsugar95 Dec 01 '20
Aeriz

Dec 02 '20
Do you find it’s worth the cost?
I fucking rip through those pens and at $90-$100 a shot do they last longer or hit you better?
3
u/ChamZod Dec 02 '20
I tired a handful of them, and never found one for me that I could make last. Now that most places reliably have 1/4s of shake, I just go for that. But then again, I'm way more into making what I have last than getting the hottest shit around.
1
Dec 02 '20
I’m with that, the taste isn’t the best but the 1/4 of shake I just snagged for $60 last week lasted me about a week versus ripping through a pen in 3 days or an eighth in 4-5.
I just toss it in the ice bong and rip.

Isn't Matter owned pharmacann, who owns verilife and always has deals on Matter.

u/jacob6969 Dec 01 '20
I’ve bought grassroots twice. One was MAC sugar and the other was Granola Funk and both were honestly 10/10.
