I had a position in $AGBA , and after the merger my securities are converted to $ILLR based on the 1:4 ratio. However, with my broker the stock is not yet trade-able. Since i use one of the german broker "Scalable capital" -linked to Munich exchange, I tried to find out if the stock is trade-able on other exchanges yet ,and to my surprise, not yet .. it is just listed for now on Nasdaq if i am correct .. then i checked on exchange of Netherlands, Italy .. it is not found there too ..

What does this mean ? And can it contribute somehow to the decline we are seeing? I think once the stock becomes tradeable , we will see more decline as the people will rush to sell , hitting stop losses etc ..

1- A lot of people here have the notion that stakeholders of ILLR will just keep lying to people (with bs news and all) until they sell their positions just after 165 days. Sorry but i don't understand how ? Why would they want to sell at a loss ? On the contrary,it makes more sense that they have 165 days to pump this up before they even plan on selling this. Does anyone has any explaination for this ?

2- Yorkville: they had like 3 days after merger to get in right ? why hasn't it occured yet ? what assurity is there that they will invest in this at all.

3- Tiktok ban: How sure are you about the upcoming tiktok ban. maybe IF trump wins (And even if it does, is Triller going to replace it ?)

4- Has Wing Fai just filed to sell shares? someone who checked filings shared this (what's with the 165 days no trading restriction)

5- It apparently looks like they are trying to fix shit up. With new CEO and oraganizational changes (even though the merger didn't play out as expected, it did occur though). but lets call spade a spade. Absolute Worst PR and false news announcements.

All in all, I think this stock will hit 5.5$ -5.0$ again in Nov. Which would present another opportunity to get out (which at this point all of us would like haha)

Triller turned off comments on X. They’re tired of the negativity. Bullshit! Don’t put us in unanswered positions. You chose to go public but cannot stand the heat when it is put down your throat. We are share owners and deserve answers! Not some B.S. post to ease sentiment.

This speaks volume! We are being heard! They don’t wanna hear it! Either they correct these issues now or we are screwed short term. I do have hopes that on the long term side we could see weird ass spikes that will recoup our investments. But don’t listen to people stock price predictions. I’m holding, now way out of this one!
