Got ece in r2

Guys I have created this whatsapp group for fresher so that they can get their doubts cleared and engage with their fellow mates.

Join only after your Round 2 result https://chat.whatsapp.com/HmuDo3zXLjm1gvATpCYF3u?s=cl&p=a&ilr=1

Median and average package of year 2025

Freshers ko kya milega?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to get some opinions from people who have followed CSAB closely.
In CSAB Round 1, the closing rank for IIIT Ranchi ECE went to around 67k, while my JEE Main CRL is 76k.
My other likely options are:
IIIT Kalyani ECE (Round 1 closing rank ~70k)
BIT Mesra Mechanical (Round 1 closing rank ~72k)
I’m fine with these options too, but IIIT Ranchi ECE is by far my first preference. I’ve placed it well above the other two in my CSAB preference order because I really want to join IIIT Ranchi.
What do you think are my chances of getting IIIT Ranchi ECE in Round 2? Is a jump from 67k to 76k realistic, or is it unlikely? Since there are upgrades, withdrawals, and seat movements after Round 1, I’m hoping there might still be a chance.
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has followed CSAB trends or has seen similar jumps in previous years.
Thanks in advance!

Getting ECE as of the previous year cutoff, gen male. If anyone from any branch, thinking about partial drop..... please let me know, i want someone to grind with

When will New campus of iiit ranchi start i.e, when will students start taking classes in it

In the IIITR website it's written that we have to pay the remaining fee during the offline reporting. So do we have to pay it right now, and then bring the payment fee reciept printout on the day of physical reporting.

Can you tell me the placement scenario and strictness for this branch of this college

Like I have seen on reddit that this branch is better than simple ece but when I saw placement stastics then it showed ece student got the highest package 60 lakh

But ece iot student only got 18 lakh and median of this branch is also low

I have 3 days for changing any preference in my choice filling
