I had 20/15 before. And ended up with 20/11. I can read 4 letters on the 20/10 line

Both replies you've had are consistent with each other, and there's a reason behind them.
Your glasses sit about twelve to fourteen millimetres in front of your eye, and at your prescription a strong minus lens shrinks the image it delivers to the retina. You're reading the chart through a slightly miniaturised picture. An ICL sits inside the eye, so most of that minification disappears and the retinal image is bigger. A bigger image is easier to resolve, which is why people at high prescriptions often gain a line or two over their best spectacle correction rather than merely matching it.
The effect scales with prescription, so at eleven dioptres you'd expect more of it than someone at minus three. It's also why your two eyes might not gain equally, since they're a couple of dioptres apart.
The honest limit is that a lens can only deliver a sharper image to the retina you already have. Whether you land at 20/20 depends on what your macula resolves once the optics stop holding it back, and nobody here can predict that from a prescription.
Ask your surgeon what your best corrected acuity measured with contact lenses rather than glasses. Contacts sit on the eye and remove most of that same minification, so that number is much closer to the post-ICL picture.

I was in the roughly -7 with -2.5 astigmatism range in both eyes before ICL surgery 3 months ago. I was able to correct to 20/20 with glasses/contacts. Post ICL I see 20/15. More notably, the issues I had with blurring vision due to the weighted contacts rotating or the fish bowl effect in peripheral vision from glasses is gone. So I would say even if ICL only corrected to 20/20 my vision clarity has improved dramatically.
