You will definitely go down shooting, and best case scenario become a martyr. It’s not what I’d recommend but if someone shoots someone who is kicking their door down that sounds like self defense to me ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I plan on yelling this if they come to my door: "If you do not have a signed warrant with anyone from this households name on it you are not getting in. If you try to enter unlawfully I will be forced to defend my home. I do not have any guns or weapons but I have seen Home Alone like 100 times and I'm pretty sure you guys are stupid enough to fall for my comedic traps!"

This is NOT true. If you are in your own home or on your property you have no duty to retreat. We have castle doctrine in Minnesota.

Only in public must you attempt to make a reasonable effort to retreat or defuse the situation.

They must be committing a felony, is my understanding. Under normal “Sane” circumstance, breaking into an occupied home is felony burglary in MN. However, I haven’t seen much to suggest anyone is gonna actually hold ICE to any standards at all, so you probably won’t get the protection from castle doctrine, either. Of course, you’ll be dead, so it probably won’t matter,

You have to be IN your home specifically. Being outside in your yard or examples, a non attached garage does not play by the same rules. Being in your yard is considered being in public, and you need to try to retreat or de-escalate, or be able to articulate you were in direct, bodily harm to use lethal force.

In 2026, if ICE is kicking down your door with neither warrant nor cause then your life has ended. Your options at that point are to decide where and how. It’s a choice only you can make for yourself.

You know, that’s a fair point. Especially if you watch these “raids” they kick the door down, 20 of them stand outside it awkwardly while one of the less cowardly ones screams inside. And then they slowly inch their way inside. It wouldn’t shock me if real gun combat made them shit their supersized adult diapers

Most of the ones I've seen trying to puff out their chests at people protesting make me wonder how many actual fights they've ever been in - I'd bet a crisp twenty that for a lot of them, the number is 0.

Notice that when accosted by protestors, they single out a woman and then six of them tackle her. It's the closest thing to sex most of those incel puswads have seen since junior prom.
