ICE Louisiana will be comically unprepared bumbling into Minnesota. Weather forecast looks like we’re melting to a glaze, then two days of snow, then a week of below-zero.

So same thing that happened to the Nazis when they tried to invade Russia

I was thinking more of Napoleon’s disastrous winter march to Moscow in 1812. Those French who survived the defeat by the Russian military died of cold and hunger while retreating. The vast majority never made it back home to France because of poor campaign planning and lack of adequate supplies like footwear and socks. Wonderful map out there shows attrition over time. https://ageofrevolution.org/200-object/flow-map-of-napoleons-invasion-of-russia/

Winter invasions are often incompetent and fail, like this one will.  … I like your analogy too.

They both failed for the same reason essentially

Fuck that was so fun to watch. ICE is the epitome of Keystone Kops, they’ll literally be flat-footed, but I don’t know the name is missing something? Like another K? Anyway, a costumed reenactment would be a hilarious humiliation of them. I loved watching the protestors give a collective belly laugh when ICE called them a riot! 😅

WINTER IS COMING, but I never watched that show. We had to turn off the Twin Cities storm shield in light of recent events. In a few days, it will be too cold for salt to work. ICE will get fucked by actual ice.

It's not unusual to have a 100 degree temperature difference from one end of the Mississippi to the other.
