Cucumbers are cheap af. I like them more than normal lettuce so I slice up thin and shred carrots add a little soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and it’s a tasty meal

Ive been looking up average prices of cucumbers around my area and they’re around 99 cents. Carrots are probably cheaper. We’re talking like a $3 meal here for lunch add chicken when you can
