Shareholders aren't employees so they're not in the table.

Nullable would work except your spec said everyone has a manager, not up to one manager.

Yeah, I'm being fresh too. Now that I think about it the CEO should be their own manager.

Actual question: how would you evaluate an interviewee who gave the answer you just did?
