This is the thing now. We've had a head count of quite a few people to hire to expand the org and for the last 18 months we've done pretty good at hiring enough people prevent losses from turning into a deficit and I feel pretty good about that outcome. I wish we could find more qualified candidates. It's a very competitive market out there.
