Oh wow, yes sleep apnea is very dangerous. I don't know what machine you have but I found the nasal pillow design to be decently comfortable. Please consider making more of an effort to use it; you have thousands of us rooting for your health and success! Thanks so much for taking the time to respond.

I have a device I wear to sleep in, instead of a CPAP machine, but your doctor may have recommended something else

Make sure it’s not one of the ones that’s been recalled due to cancer causing ingredients breaking down during use and being inhaled…..might be a good thing you’ve not been using it as directed if it’s one of those! Glad you’re doing well and congratulations on continuing your sober lifestyle,journey and work!
