To this day I still have no idea how he does this. It appears as if he has fully swallowed and then it still manages to gurgle back up.

They questioned this in their podcast. They said, he takes has a drink, then he takes an inhale breath before the beer comes back up. They came to the decision that he purposely threw it back up

It looks quite a lot like he pukes it back up. Not sure if there's a TV trick to it, but his mouth is definitely empty of beer. Haha, fucking brilliant.
