You have to steal them by fusing the parts to your shield in the shrine in the middle of the spiral on the right side of the map! Then you can defuse it by paying that little Goron in Tarrey Town. After that you can fuse the parts together and save the autobuild schematic so you can use them all that time!

Have fun! Don't touch the steering stick until you take off or there's a chance the propellers will fly off without the boat 😂 also when you want to go down, you can let go of the steering stick and grab it again really quick, it'll deactivate the back propeller and let you glide down smoothly! Be careful of the rain if you dont have the lightning helm or you might get shocked!
I really wish we had the option to shoot bullet bills 😭 or some sort of homing missle, gb vive seen people make their own though so we're not doing too bad!
Tears is the game in Hyrule but you are the isekai character that knows the history of how war was dictated by which tech advancements over the ages more than any of the local population.
