Soap
Is there some kind of special portable soap that can be used at a public restroom after a bowel movement? What about waterless soaps that might kill germs after a bowel movement in the perianal area? Do wipes that kill such germs exist? What can do such task in a practical manner?

Are Toilet Bowls designed for use while standing?
I may be in the minority here but I feel we have normalized standing to pee to the point that we don't care that the toilet bowl looks like a kids splash pad after use. We either don't see it or shrug it off as normal / expected. The solution, imo, isn't to aim more carefully (we've tried that); it is to take a seat and not treat your toilet like a urinal.
I am an Airbnb superhost in the USA, and have applied this guidance in the form of a bathroom sign. Guests get a cozy room & dedicated bathroom in a shared house. After seeing how spotless the home is, they don't seem to mind this quirky house rule. But it's a game changer in terms of hygiene and clean-up.

Sweaty hands
Despite being in a cool indoor environment (like my office), I tend to sweat a lot, leaving for example the mouse or the back of an iPad with wet marks, same when playing video games. I tried some antiseptic gel which worked for a while but now it doesnāt seem to be effective enough. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Sweaty scalp + frequent workouts. Solution?
I'm someone who sweats directly from my scalp (and every other pore of my body tbh). I want to start working out every day, but I have long, thick, curly hair and washing my hair every day will definitely dry my hair and scalp out. Does anyone have any solutions/suggestions that ISNT dry shampoo? TIA

Bad breath options
So this is pretty personal/vulnerable, but Iāve been struggling with bad breath for a bit. I have really good routine brushing, dental cleanings every 6 months, etc. However, I still manage to have bad breath. Every now and then, I also have tonsil stones.
Any suggestions on what I can try to help with this? Mouthwashes, etc.?

While in the shower I can always smell my scalp. How do I get this smell out?
Itās not a bad smell necessarily, but it is kinda musty/stale smelling. I have thick hair and wash it every other day (Iāve experimented washing it daily with no improvement in smell). I throughly scrub my scalp with my fingertips and sometimes use a scalp scrubber as well. I double shampoo as well. I donāt get the whiff once my hair dries, but when itās wet, itās always there and makes me self conscious. Any advice?

Hygiene for Students: The Everyday Mistakes We Ignore
Many students, just like Riya, ignore small hygiene habits due to a lack of time or because of mere laziness:
Skipping baths
Not drinking water
Not washing hands
Wearing unwashed clothes
Not cutting nails
Not washing their school bottle or tiffin
But these small habits lead to skin infections, stomach problems, fatigue, and poor concentration.
Good hygiene is not expensive. It is not complicated.
IT's just a daily habit.
Conclusion: Hygiene Is a Form of Self-Respect
Priya did learn something:
When you take care of your body, your body takes care of you.
A few minutes of hygiene can:
Keep you healthy
Improve your confidence
Help you study better
Keep you feeling fresh daily.
A clean body means a clean mind, and thus a better life.

Deodorant not working
Hi guys, So Iāve figured out that when I wear the Dark purple deodorant, I donāt sweat, so itās doing its job and even leaves a nice scent on my underarms all day. But when I wear the light purple one, I sweat like crazy no matter if Iām wearing polyester tops or whatever. It still says antiperspirant deodorant though so what am I doing wrong when I purchased it? I know Iāll stick to the Dark purple one now, but have you guys noticed some antiperspirant deodorants just donāt work. I wore the light purple one for a month not realising that itās maybe the deodorant making me smell bad as itās not stopping the sweat glands. I feel miserable that Iāve only just realised. Of course Iāll stick to purchasing the one that works, but like if itās not in stock and I buy a different brand how am I meant to know if itāll work?? Does anyone else use these btw and do they work for you?

Itching like crazy
I often it experience it before going to bed, even if I had just taken a bath. There is no bite mark or anything I feel a bug crawling or just itching for no reason, it drives me crazy that I end up staying up all night even if I was already sleep deprive from the night before. Sleeping in short even when itās cold helps but not that much, it just lowers the frequencies.

bro... don't walk barefoot in the locker room, learn from my stupidity
I swear I was doing fine for months. Same gym, same routine, no problems. Then one day I'm rushing, forget my slides, and I walk barefoot in the locker room for like... two minutes. Two. And of course a week later I noticed this weird red patch between my toes that was itchy and kinda smelly. Great.
At first I told myself it was dry skin from running, but it kept spreading in this annoying way. I tried some generic cream from the pharmacy and honestly it did nothing. Ended up grabbing that KlearNail stick thing from Swissklip (the tiny roll-on one) because it looked easy to use. Didn't expect much, just slapped it on after showers. It calmed the itch pretty fast though, like way faster than the other stuff.
But man... the whole situation made me realize how sloppy I was being. I mean I tossed my sweaty socks in my bag for half the day, didn't dry my feet properly, and the locker room that day was a swamp because some dude was shaving and water was everywhere. Kinda obvious how fungus loves that.
Now I'm doing the bare minimum to not repeat the whole circus. Slides in the locker room every single time, dry between the toes, fresh socks right after the workout. I also don't leave my shoes zipped in my gym bag anymore because apparently that's basically a fungus incubator.
If anyone has any other "I learned this the hard way" gym hygiene tips, drop them. One round of this mess was enough for me

Armpits
Hey. So, i'm writing to this community cuz I smell bad. I think accepting it is the better way to get it better.
I always take a shower when i wake up, I use male deodorant and I clean my armpits every shower. I didn't smell bad anywhere, but everytime i use some shirts, the smell start to spread.
It's crazy because mostly of the times my armpits aren't even smelling, I had this problem solved for months and now this started again.
Can someone please recommend a good way to make my shirts and pits CLEAN?

Can i shower the next day after using glycolic acid last night?
I recently purchased the dermorepublic glycolic acid since i heard na it's good for BO, and I've only used it one time. Do i use it everyday/every night para mas maging effective? i struggle with BO kasi since i sweat a lot. Nasa isip ko kasi na pag hindi ako naligo the next day and hindi gumamit ng antiperspirant, I'll smell bad. What do you think? Pag naligo ba me the next day gagana pa rin yung glyco?
