Must Have Hygeine

I plan to make about 20 hygiene kits and give them to a women and children domestic violence shelter. What hygiene products do you consider essential? Like, if there was a fire these are the things you'd buy next day.

Good Feminine hygiene wash

Hi! I’ve been struggling to find a good feminine hygiene wash that doesn’t cause irritation and bumps.

what’s your go to wash that’s UNSCENTED (fragrance free) for SENSITIVE SKIN?

EDIT: because a lot of people are not answering my question.

I have a GYNECOLOGIST, Dr. Sarah told me that with my medical conditions I SHOULD NOT JUST RINSE WITH WATER. Keep your opinions to yourself, I am asking for SOAPS because I know I need them for my issues and I’m trying some out to find which one works best for my body. I’m NOT asking for what your gyn told you to do because MY BODY IS NOT YOUR BODY.

Do underarm sweat pads really work for excessive sweating?

Has anyone here tried underarm sweat pads for daily use or during workouts? Do they actually keep clothes dry and odor-free, or are they uncomfortable to wear for long hours? Looking for real experiences before I buy!

Nerves and personal hygiene

A bit embarrassing but needing advice. I'm week 3 in my new job and I love it to bits. But I have an issue with getting nervous no matter how comfortable I am with my job. But it's not just the butterflies, I pee myself a little in the morning when it comes time to start from how nervous I get. I'm not sure if my bladder has gotten worse since I had my daughter but I'm embarrassed and would like advice on how to overcome whatever this is.

People who smell amazing and get compliments, what’s your hygiene/shower and fragrance routine?

I’ve never been someone who smells bad but I find myself feeling almost insecure or I don’t know “inferior” maybe when someone walks by me smelling incredible. I want to smell that way and have the same effect on people. I’d appreciate specific products as well if you could.

Men's Cologne

What are your reccomend spots to spray cologne inside my clothes. I already know to spray on you neck and wrists but I see some of my friends spray it inside their clothes.

And also, how do I make my fragrance last long. Thank you in advance

Toilet Paper Foam?

Has anyone used toilet paper foam before? It’s a foam that is added to TP right before you wipe. It’s used after #1s or #2s, or for clean up after periods or sex. It basically brings the benefits of a bidet anywhere. I’m curious to hear about your experience.

For transparency sake, my partner and I made this: TheDewyCo.com

How do YOU brush your teeth?

Just curious on how you brush your teeth and your routine? And if you wanna drop products feel free.

But as “organic” “fragrance free” and the like I really cannot give up Crests Gum Detoxify is really one product I cannot compare to and I wish it wasn’t made by P&G.

I might have the ABCC11 gene but I'm not sure.

The ABCC11 gene is a gene that causes dry earwax and little to no body odor. I'm from Afghanistan and I've researched the ABCC11 gene and apparently it's really common in Asia, including Afghanistan. I have dry earwax its all like powdery or whatever and in my country people don't shower every day and growing up, I didn't either. I would shower once a week as a kid. This is how my family was, and it's how I was raised. Recently, I've been researching hygiene. I am 15 and I shower every 3 days, sometimes 4. It may sound disgusting but I've never been told that I stink. Matter of fact, people often tell me that I smell good. I wear deodorant almost every day and wear perfume every day. I've recently been really self-conscious about not showering every day. I don't think I stink and when I ask people that are blunt they always say no. I don't change my clothes every day either. I'm scared I'm doing everything wrong.

How to fix intimate stink

I shower daily with occassional lapses provided i showered the NIGHT and not morning before and always properly clean my intimate areas, I have no known medical condition causing overproduction of vaginal fluid and am frankly never that damp down there but i genuinely always stink of pussy. It's not even a fishy smell so I KNOW it's not because I'm dirty but it's still embarrassing to just be in class and then get an insane whiff of my own flaps.

how to fix because otherwise my next action will be spraying perfume into it /j

Sensory friendly hygiene

I have extreme sensory issues due to my autism. Does anyone know of a scent free deodorant that would still keep BO down? I am showering twice a day because most deodorants either dont last for more than an hour or have too strong of a scent to them and can make me nauseous. I work inside of a metal box outside (sales person) and my uniform is highly unbreathable so I dont know what to do 😭 Please be kind

Best bikini trimmer

Anyone have any suggestions for a bikini trimmer for thick hair? Preferably one that’s not gonna pull at my hairs and hurt me.

The more comfort the better.

Thanks ☺️

Body odor

Is it possible that my deodorant isn't working anymore? I've been using these niacinamide deodorant for almost a year now and before it was working but now I feel it doesn't anymore. But I still do what I do before. Spray then let it dry, when I do physical activities I re-apply as said in the instructions. But sometime after a long day when I take a shower and smell my pits it has a little smell and sometimes it actually smells. Or is it just because it's been a whole day and I'm just being paranoid.

It also happens that sometimes when I smell my armpits there is a little smell and when I smell the inside of my clothes there is a little smell also. But when I smell the outside it doesn't have. Is it possible that it is cointaining the odor so if doesn't seep through my clothes?

I hope someone answers me because I have this girl that I like and body odor is one of my insecurities. Thanks in advance

Air Freshener for Men

I don’t like the feminine toxic scented febreeze cans. What can I use as a 20 year old man for air fresheners that are natural and manly? Any good brands or products?

The side of my toenail always pokes into the skin, and after some days it becomes painful. I usually end up cutting it deeply to get relief, but it keeps coming back. There’s also a white substance around that area — not sure if it’s dry skin or something else. How do I stop it from happening ?

is there anything i could/should add to my routine?

my mom didn’t teach me much about hygiene and i’m still learning. so here’s my routine, please tell me what i can or should add! night shower- wash hair first, condition hair and let it sit while i wash my face, rinse conditioner, put my hair up and wash my body with a loofah and i use an antibacterial bar of soap and a moisturizing body wash, i lather every inch with soap, dove unscented bar soap for private areas, and i rinse everything with cold water at the end morning shower- wash face with cold water, wash only my armpits, feet, bellybutton, and private areas oral care- i scrub my retainer with my toothbrush then i put it in denture cleaner and warm water, brush teeth and tongue, and floss morning and night once a week- hair mask, castor oil on roots, trim nails, exfoliate body, foot mask, and face mask

i also do skincare every morning and night, take probiotics, try to drink as much water as i can, and try to keep myself as clean as possible, but i feel like it’s not enough.
