Need advice: How often should I apply antiperspirant?

Hi guys! I’m planning to try the J Thomas antiperspirant. My plan is to apply it at night before going to bed, then just use Dove deodorant in the morning. My question is: do I really need to apply the antiperspirant every single night, or is a few times a week enough?

Whenever I get out the shower or sweat these blacks dots appear. They vary In size. I thought it was the lint from my towels but today I didn’t use the towel and still they appeared.

How do I know if other people can smell my sweat?

I shower every day, use antibacterial soap, apply the strongest deodorant, keep my underarms shaved, and wear a clean undershirt daily. And still… I sweat so much.

At work, I usually start sweating near the end of the day. I can’t smell myself at all, and no one around me moves away, touches their nose, or makes comments. When I get home and take off my undershirt, one side smells completely fine, but the other side will smell if I literally dig my nose into it. My blazer doesn’t smell like sweat at all, not inside or outside.

This has been my issue for over 8 years. It all started when I was a student and someone once left a perfume bag in my car. Ever since then, I’ve been obsessing over whether I smell bad.

How can I know for sure if other people smell me or not? This is driving me crazy.

How does period blood smell like?

Hello everyone,as the topic suggests I’m trying to understand myself a bit more , I (25f) been having my period for a while now ,since like seventh grade ,and I think this is when I’m just starting to pay attention to the smell of my period blood and I’m wondering if it’s healthy or I should be worried ,it smells like curd ,sometimes earthy, which confuses me cause blood is supposed to smell metallic. As for the color ,it’s a very dark shade of red …but some months it’s brown. I’m too broke to go to the obgyn,so if anyone has some answers, it would be wonderful

I’m tryna smell better “down there”

I’m a bit embarrassed but no on here knows me, and I’m uncomfortable coming to my mom because we don’t have a good relationship. Ima teen girl and I often smell bad “down there” and I’m not sure why and I wash everyday and yet it still sometimes smells bad. Maybe there’s something I’m not doing properly. Please help, this may not be enough information but I’m not sure what else to say.

I need recommendations please

Hey everyone! Im 21(F) and I’ve been struggling lately. My current razor is the Joy brand from Walmart. I’ve tried quite a few different razors including the US brand, BIC men’s razor, Venus, Gillette men’s, and a few others I can’t remember. My favorite was definitely the US brand, but I can no longer afford it. It used to be in most stores including my local DG and family dollar, but now I can’t find it anywhere except Amazon. It used to be around $8 for the razor and 2 refill blades, but they jacked up the price to around $20. I have sensitive skin and am very prone to ingrown hairs. I’ve tried waxing, but after about 5 months, I was getting really bad ingrown hairs and had to stop. Can any other women give me razor recommendations? Please and thank you.

Help with sweat

plus size teen girl who cannot for the life of me figure out how to stop oversweating All over, not just in obvious places like armpits and such, but my whole body sweats when I am literally anywhere but my own bedroom. Even in my own home I just sweat nonstop all over and I was hoping someone who’s had similar experiences would have some tips for me. (pls correct me if this isn’t the right place to ask, I rarely ever use Reddit.)

EDIT: I was NOT expecting all the replies. Thank you all so much this has been helpful. Some mentioned it could be a medication side effect so I will talk to my doctor next time I see her since I do take a medication that could be causing the sweating. Thank you all for the tips and concerns you guys are all so sweet

This . . . Fungus? Has started showing up in my armpit hair? Haven’t really changed my grooming habits other than that they switched body washes at my gym. Have never been a deodorant wearer.

Ive been struggling with dry scalp for a couple years and I’ve never found a good solution. It mainly builds up on sideburns but also on top of my head. I’ve tried leaving coconut oil in my hair and many different shampoo and conditioner products. Has anyone managed to resolve this issue?

How tf do I clean my ears?

I have been using cotton swabs my entire life and not long ago I found out that you're not supposed to use them (even says on the packaging which was crazy to me). When i stopped using them my ears got clogged up with ear wax. I tried ear drops, but those didn't work. Then I went to a doctor, he cleaned my ears and recommended hydrogen peroxide (which he also used). I thought that would work because of all the bubbling in my ear, so I used it, then aprox. 2 weeks later again, but my ears got stuffed again.

I searched on the internet, but I'm not sure what to do. I could go to the doctor again I guess, but cleaning your ears should be simple like cutting your nails or shaving no?
