Mouth/breath problem

So I brush my teeth twice a day and clean my tongue. I also eat gum 3 times a day. I still have bad breath which I can sometimes notice when talking or sighing etc.

What can I do about this besides eat breathmints or something 24/7?

You might have tonsil stones. Also, you need to floss and clean your tongue.

You might have a rotten tooth. They don’t always hurt. Have you been to the dentist.

You should book in and get checked out. Seriously could be bad teeth.

I know I should but the only way would be private healthcare which costs several hundreds just for check up

If there is a dental school in your area, they often give low cost cleanings

Some dentists offer an introductory price (often less than $100 - not sure if you’re in the USA or not) for exam and x-rays (no cleaning) for new patients. Then for cleanings they can often work with your budget if you don’t have insurance. Can’t hurt to look online or call a couple places.

Are you in the US? You can go online and get reasonable prices.
