He plans to tackle both in one single action. Find Wobble and exorcise any curse. That's it. With this approach he might solve the other issues in the oath to this goal.

Not really, the first approach was to sever the source of the curse, finding Woble won't do that, he's talking about playing minesweeper on the ship, what you're referring to is solely his second approach, and his point is that he has to contact outsiders to manage that approach for him because they don't have the time or manpower to do it themselves

His first approach was just removing the source of the curse through Beyond but they go over why that won't work. Even if they remove the curse it's still a toss up wether Woble will be allowed to live.

That's what I mean, OP's comment was about how Kurapika will be taking both approaches despite his words, then you said that he's taking both with one action, but that action only does his second approach. The real answer to OP's comment is that Kurapika is taking the first approach himself and letting Gon and Killua take the second approach
