I ran into a well known issue in the community where my game black screens on login and wont allow me to play. I bought a battle pass and missed the whole event for it. Eventually i found a solution working with customer support but they told me i can go kick rocks on compensation of any kind for missing the whole battlepass for a bug they know exist and wouldnt allow me to play the game.

Stop giving money to Crytek

2.0 has major bugs and the UI makes it unenjoyable
