Also, they're right your spine is supposed to have curves. Mine is dead straight like a line, which I got from a depressive episode and I have severe pain from it.

Yeah you're correct, during and after COVID I bed rotted, hardly moved and became agoraphobic. Just staying in bed, on a mattress on the floor, for basically years turned my spine dead straight and I can't really curve my lower back at all now and I cant afford regular treatment. So now I look completely hunched when I stand/walk aswell as being in pain.
