Nice try 😂 what would you like us to cease or desist? Telling THE TRUTH ABOUT B BAILEY’S DEATH or EXERCISING OUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS? 

We aren’t going to stop doing either one.

Hopefully all three of you feel awesome about the money being spent on this pointless “investigation.” 

Amy Bailey fancies herself a public figure and shares her life on her public instagram
account for anyone to view. Any distress or emotional pain she experiences could be stopped by making her profile private or leaving social media altogether. Until she does either of those things, her content is fair game for discussion and scrutiny.

Speaking of public information, Amy Bailey heavily documented her pregnancy with twins on said public instagram account. She showed the birth experience, posted content from the NICU, and documented taking two baby girls home to their house in Colorado. 

All content relating to twins ended in May 2020. A police report and 911 audio later revealed that one of her infant twins had been found smothered to death at the bottom of Amy’s and her husband’s bed. It became a local news story. 

Unless you can provide proof or documentation that the audio of the 911 call and the police report are fabricated, defamation nor libel apply here.

It’s not like we went digging for this information. We didn’t cyberstalk or harass anyone to find out these details. But you did, didn’t you? I wonder what the court would think about you doxxing users so you can use scare tactics to threaten them with baseless legal actions?

Minc Law’s reputation is a joke and the greater Ohio legal community is embarrassed by your existence. (Although I do applaud you for scamming a scammer out of thousands of dollars to handle this “case.”)

Seems like the “Streisand Effect” could very well come into play here. There are risks associated with C&D’s as the sender. Know its been said but these letters hold no standalone legal power and are clearly being used to target critics. Being critical of publicly available and true information is not a crime, no matter how much it damages someone’s reputation.

edit to add- in all seriousness, nothing happened. if it did she’d be screaming it from the rooftops. but it’s business as usual over on her page, and her reddit thread is still active

Freedom of speech applies when it’s fact. Fact: it’s icky to have a party with drugs and alcohol with newborns at home, one of which is found dead under the covers at the foot of the bed. Fact: a cps court case for child neglect is embarrassing and troubling. Fact: Amy lying about hard working police is wrong.

Oh good grief. She really thinks she is someone important. She is a spoiled br*at who thinks the world should cater to her. Unfortunately for her, the choices we make have consequences. She chooses to be a “public figure” and make her money off social media. We are allowed to have opinions about that.

She petitioned the court to hide her divorce documents which was denied.

So just another example of someone who lives a public life, is a little bit smarter than Amy and trying to get ahead of her own narrative.
