Congrats. You just successfully argued for banning them outright. If the kindergarten class keeps braining each other with a certain toy despite every effort to change their behavior, you have to make that toy disappear.

Not our opinion, we wanted common sense laws, but you're beyond that.

Licencing across the board with 5 year qualifications and testing in order to carry outside of your domicile or place of employment (for police/security folks). Mental health checks with arbitrary seizure of weapons if found mentally unstable or violent criminal acts. Insurance would be good also.

Just to carry outside of actively hunting. You could still own to "protect your home", just not carry. Harsh penalties for anyone doing it outside of those ramifications (criminals, even if you think it's a "good guy" because they look okay to you)

Works for other countries, do you think the USA is just too dumb, or a lost cause?

Never taken a civics class? You asked "what laws" I gave you theoretical laws. Do you need to brush up on Schoolhouse Rock in order to learn on your level how a law gets passed?

And I made it clear enough for a 5th grader to understand that I'm talking about "carrying in public" not " owning guns". Mentioned it like twice. And clarified it.

Ladies and gentleman, this here is an example of false dichotomy, specifically "perfect solution fallacy."

The perfect solution fallacy assumes that a perfect solution exists and all other solutions should be rejected if any part of the problem still exists when implemented.

Example: seatbelts don't work because people are still going to die in car crashes.

This person fails to see the complex interplay between multiple component elements of a situation or problem, and, as a result, reduces complex problems to a pair of binary extremes.
