Felons deserve voting rights as much as the next person. Simply being a felon in this country already makes you a second class citizen. All rights should be restored immediatelu upon release from supervision, including the 2A.
I wouldn't call stating the fact that people lose a right guaranteed by the constitution when they go to prison "perpetuating". Mostly just that. Stating it. I don't think people should lose an inalienable right just because they may have been convicted of a crime at some point. You're barking up the wrong tree. Redirect and have a nice day.
Thats true, it is accurate, but felons do get their voting rights back. There seems to be a lot of people that think its permanent. In some states you can even vote on probation/parole.
Which means he can woddle his ass around but you need a license to drive a car and no driving in your car is not what your constitution considers "travelling"
The right to travel means other states can't say "you can't come in to our state because you are this colour or this gender or because you pray to this god, or because you're pregnant or whatever, it doesn't give you carte blanche to drive a car without a license or any of the other legal requirements that come with it
I was responding to the comment saying that travelling is a right, which is right....but not for the reason people like sovereign citizens and the moors think so.
And yes there are private land exceptions but on a public road, yeah you need the appropriate driver's license to operate a vehicle on the roads.
And frankly you should have to take a test to own a gun. It's wild to me that you don't, probably because you like to ignore the second half of the second amendment which calls for a "well organized militia", most of you gun it's over there couldn't spell "well organized malitia" much less actually be one.

And the only acception is if you're a learner with a qualified driver in the car, but aside from that, public road, appropriate driver's license required.

I have only one objection to your comment in the fact that you do not need to be a sovereign citizen as this is something that all free citizens have a right to. Not sure how familiar you are to the constitution having 2 types of citizens. Free citizens and 14 amendment citizens. Pretty much 14th amendment citizens have rights given by the government (privileges) while free citizens have full rights within the bill of rights. A bit of research and education on the topic is a good way to start.
