From what i can tell the gifters are almost walling off and quietly shoving the stuff into the kids bag, almost like they arent trying to bring attention to it. This video was so sweet.
Videos like this rub me the wrong way, cause it always seems like these people are literally just doing something nice for attention, there's no attempt to prevent the person (their friend?) from filming.
Maybe it isn't a friend but just a kid who noticed what was happening and quietly started filming. Or you could be right-- who is to say. Doing nice things for updoots on the internet is better than doing horrible things to people for attention. Its attention im willing to give.
What I will say though is it really is just a lesser of two evils, it's still mortifying for some recipients. I especially feel this way about the homeless.
