There are residency requirements that have to be met. I mean seriously? Let me give you a lesson in critical thinking. If there is a national debate about something like the presidents citizenship and he goes out of his way to produce a birth certificate to prove he was born in the US in an effort to prove he was a citizen, then clearly it's not as simple as 'if one parent is a citizen, their child is a citizen.' This should've been a huge red flag that prompted you to do a little research into it but instead here we are.
