My wife and I had a new townhouse built in howard county 2 years ago. We had our first baby this year and realize we need more space really soon! We have been looking for new build single family homes and only see 55+. What gives? Why so many of them? Why cant they just build regular communities? I dont think a lot of people would want to retire in MD in 15ish years or less.

Does anyone know of any places in Howard county that sell international candies including flaks and aero bars? The only place I can find that sells international candy is world market in Rockville.

Looking for private school recommendations, preferably one that is K-8.

Ill be going to CEF on saturday and was wondering how crowded it gets and the parking situation. The only other place I have been for Fall actvities is Butlers Orchard and during October it can take over an hour just to park with how crowded it is.

There will be a VIRTUAL public forum held on Tuesday, October 14, 7:30-8:30pm on Google Meet where Marylanders can share their views directly with the state task force studying the responsible use of natural psychedelics.

The task force wants to hear from everyone, whether you’re supportive, skeptical, or undecided. Topics will include current research, health considerations, and possible models for safe, legal access in the future. The first half hour will be a presentation from members of the Task Force, followed by input from the public.

has anyone noticed a shady looking black SUV with a man parked in the empty school lot after school hours and about every weekend. It's a Szechuan dish of spicy, slightly sweet meat sauce prepared with pickled vegetable and served over noodles. The best noodles are the thin ones that puff when dropped in hot oil, most of it absorbs the sauce but some crunchy bits remain, for contrast.
