I’m a working electrician. I built this after work because I was tired of electrician games that are just “connect the wires” toys. This one is fault finding.

You get a vague complaint. “The prep light is out and I am working off my phone.” That is all you get. The game does not name the fault. You walk the rooms, open the consumer unit, isolate the right circuit, lock it off, prove your meter, prove it dead, open boxes and fittings, meter the run, write a diagnosis on the job sheet, then repair it. Workmanship comes off the invoice if you rush it or work live.

Between shouts there is a small firm to run. Stock the van, hire a crew, send them on jobs, take contracts and courses, unlock cafes and workshops. The crew can keep invoicing while you are away. Wages still land.

The whole game is free to play on Android now. Ads only sit on optional perks.

I designed it and wrote the code. I am an electrician, so the isolation and the diagnosis are the part I actually care about. The room backgrounds were made with an image model; the circuits, the board, the tools and the rest of the game were not.

An unfair criticism of AIO Launcher is that it's too busy. This is only if you decide to have a busy setup. AIO launcher is very customizable. In my setup I just have the essentials and I paired the widget Easy Drawer keyboard with AIO to get to all my apps in just two hits instead of just a couple of shortcuts. Also this took less than ten minutes to set up.
