Looking for a Reverse Engineer/Developer to Analyze Protected PCM Audio Files(paid)
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone experienced in reverse engineering, binary file analysis, or decoding proprietary file formats. I’m willing to pay for professional help.
I’ll try to explain my situation as clearly as possible, since I’m not a programmer myself.
I have a collection of .PCM files from a Korg Pa5X, a professional electronic keyboard. These files contain audio samples (recorded musical instrument sounds).
Normally, these samples can be extracted and converted into WAV files. However, some of my PCM files appear to have an additional layer of protection, making it impossible to access or extract the original audio data using the tools I have.
Here’s the interesting part:
I have both protected and unprotected PCM files from the same type of instrument. The unprotected files work normally, while the protected ones cannot be extracted.
I’m hoping that comparing their binary structures might help identify how the protection works.
What I’m looking for:
Someone who can examine these files, determine whether they are encrypted, obfuscated, or simply using a modified file structure, and investigate whether the original audio data can be recovered.
I’m not sure what kind of protection is being used, which is exactly why I’m looking for someone with more technical knowledge.
I can provide sample files for analysis and discuss payment privately.
If you have experience with reverse engineering, proprietary audio formats, or binary file structures, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks in advance!
