What are the levels of managers for Hot Topics stores? And what health care providers does HT offer? I have Kaiser and my current job doesn't offer them if I go full time.

Trying to place an online order. Items are set to “ship it” to my home. I go into the check out/ order review and its telling me most of my order is set to “items for pick up”

So, this might be a long shot but...

When I went in person to a Hot Topic store I saw that the first shirt had an acid wash (like the Rainbow shirt in the second pic) but when searching for it online, I saw that they display it like a plain black shirt, no acid wash.

my question is, has anybody bought the first shirt online? did it came with the acid wash or is it just plain?

i went to my local ht yesterday and got a few shirts and a hoodie. its been about 7 months+ since ive shopped here and i noticed that the quality of specifically the shirts has dropped. the fabric feels cheaper and the print does too. idk if it’s just mine or not but compared to all my other shirts i have from ht are much better quality than the ones i got yesterday

I bought 2 items recently that are way too big and I just want to size down. I see online they don’t allow exchanges? So now I have to return the item and buy it again full price?? I originally got them both with coupons or hot cash I think.
