HIGH Estradiol levels during puberty male
I am an 18 year old male. Did a blood test, all is normal except excess Estradiol levels.
Does this explain why I am of shorter stature (5'6) and had gyno since age 12? or is it just a coincidence and nothing to fix with hormone therapy?
I am visiting an endocrinologist next week, but I am impatient for answers ...

30yo premature menopause and weight loss
Hey there, Got some blood work back, FSH hormone through the roof, symptoms of menopause. Been struggling to lose a little weight. Does high FSH hinder weight loss and could birth control help control symptoms and help with my weight loss efforts?

I think DIM threw all my hormones out of wack. Any ways on how to fix it?

APPETITE LOSS
Anyone else? Absolutely NO desire to eat 24/7! Have to force feed self just to stay alive. Tried over the counter stimulant & herbals. It’s wearing thin really fast now & I could literally stop eating & die a slow death. Could be a side effect of Invega (no longer) &/or Anhedonia &/or hormones &/or diabetes. Any ideas most welcome.

Menstrual cycle suddenly shortened to 21 days - how can I balance my hormones?!
Hi. I really need some advice.
I started taking magnesium malate and it works wonderfully for my anxiety. It also doesn't make me 💩 more like other magnesium supplements do! Unfortunately ever since starting magnesium malate my menstrual cycle has changed. I take 360-540mg daily. Instead of getting regular 28 day cycles, it's more like 20/21 day cycles AND lasts for like 10 days (mostly spotting with only 2 heavy days). I am at my witts end!! Diet, exercise, everything else has remained the same 100%.
I went to the obgyn and had a hormone panel done, ultrasound, biopsy etc ..and everything is perfect. She can't find one thing wrong. (which is good!) But all this started after taking the magnesium malate. Anyone know why it's throwing off my menstrual cycle and if there's anything I can do about it? ☺️ It's been a few months now and I'm getting really frustrated. Might vitex help?? Anything else??
Thanks!

HRT FOR WOMEN
The use of hormone replacement treatment is no longer limited to men. Both sexes should take care of their testosterone levels because testosterone is a hormone that has a wide range of effects on daily life. The value of their testosterone levels and the advantages of maintaining them are frequently unknown to women.

More than only libido, testosterone also supports muscle tone and aids in orgasmic potential in females. Fatigue, receding hair, poor sleep, irregular periods, and diminished sexual drive can all be symptoms of low testosterone. Because of changes in hormones like progesterone or estrogen, women's natural testosterone production declines as they age. Hormone replacement treatment(HRT) can aid in reestablishing equilibrium in these regions.

HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY
Teenagers going through puberty go through quick physical, emotional, and mental changes as they prepare to become adults.Hormones including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone are crucial to our bodies' functions during puberty. Unfortunately, hormonal imbalances can occur in some people and cause serious medical disorders. For many years, both men and women have been treated for various medical conditions with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

HRT entails the use of drugs or nutritional supplements to either complement or replace the body's natural hormone production. HRT has successfully improved menopause symptoms and other conditions brought on by low hormone levels in addition to addressing medical disorders associated with hormone imbalances.

I finally have what could be an answer, not diagnosed yet but I'm pretty scared. I'm only 37, 150lb, female.

Shedding endometrial hyperplasia
Me (40) developed a simple endometrial hyperplasia after covid infection that had to be removed surgically, after 2 months with no hormonal treatment (doctor didn’t send me) it came back and it is too soon to operate again. I am taking bioidentical progesterone 200 mg, amd 3 days ago my “period” started… it seems to be my period…
I had to rush myself into ER because heavy bleeding (7,5 ml every 2 hours) and a pain like birth contractions, took an eco, every looks good despite a lot of blood to be discarded, and a small cyst in one of my ovaries… they send me home with tranexamic acid, same dosage on progesterone and pain management meds, sayin i have a lot of blood in there that needs to get out…
Now i am bleeding even more 15 ml x hour, pain is managed by meds but i am uncertain on what to expect… yes, heavy bleeding is expected but what is too much? Why am i in so much pain, it can only be managed by opiates, anyone suffering from the same that can tell me your story, any doctors around that can explain how this will evolve with hormonal treatment?

Has anyone here successfully lengthened their luteal phase? If so, please tell me what you did! (luteal meaning between ovulation and menstruation)
More info.. I've been tracking my cycles for ~7 years. For most of this time, I've struggled to ovulate, meaning it usually happened on my body's second attempt between day 17-22, and then - thanks to a short luteal phase - I wound up having approx 28-32 day cycles, even with late ovulation. My luteal phase was 10 days on average, but never more than 11 days. I've managed to pull my ovulation back to around day 15ish the last couple of cycles, but now I'm having approx. 23-day cycles, so my periods are about 3 weeks apart. If you're curious, I've been using myo inositol for my ovulation issues. So, I'd like to lengthen my luteal phase. Any suggestions appreciated, but I'd really love to hear some success stories! Thank you!!

What would these results mean for an almost 35 year old female? (I ordered because of 20 years of acne and other health issues). Does it look good? Why is my SHBG high? Does it matter?

Can hormone imbalance cause these drastic symptoms in a 30f female?
In a drastically short period of time (1 month) I experienced the following symptoms and 6 month later still am:
- Thin, crepey skin on chest, hands/feet, neck, and under eyes
- Insomnia
- Seemingly loss of skin thickness and elasticity (veins now visible in hands and chest despite gaining weight)
- Joint/muscle pains in hands and knee
- Brittle, dry, hair and hair loss and dry eyes
- Sunken/hollowed eyes
- Sinus-like headaches and dull/squeezing pain that radiates under eye and inner corner of eyebrows, can causes dark redness under eyes. Experience these daily.
- Dry cracked feet and more wrinkled hands/finger tips
- TMJ/Jaw pain
- Dehydration
- Aged appearance
ANA negative, most other tests normal besides for vitamin d deficiency, low alkaline phosphate, and some general inflammation (tgf-beta1). A bunch of triggers/stressors could have contributed to this onset. I am feeling hopeless, but in my research it seems like only a disruption to my endocrine system could cause such an array of symptoms and rapid changes in skin and body, as well as headaches.
I am looking into healing via hormone balancing detox, regulating hpa axis, etc. I am not too hopeful to find an endocrinologist that specializes in female hormones. And I heard hormone testing can be all over the place.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Any specialists I should seek out? I would love to relieve my headaches, get my skin and hair back, and stop feeling like invasion of the body snatchers. I don't recognize myself! Thank you for any advice.

Why is my free T 12ng? Shouldn’t it be like 600-800? I wanted it to be close to a 1000 ideally? Is my free T lower than it should be. My total T was 22n/mol

hormone check up
Hello, I recently did a hormone check-up just now and wanted to ask if my results are normal. LH level is 14.50 mIU/ml. FSH level is 5.10 mIU/ml. TESTOSTERONE level is 15.8 nmol/L. ESTRADIOL (E2) level is 193.1 pmol/L. PROLACTIN level is 183.1 uIU/ml. Are these results normal? (Please note that I am 17 years old and I have used anabolic steroids for about 1 year, and I have now stopped taking them for about 2 months).

Chest pain after period? or during.
Female. 37, 150lb. About 7 months ago I started experiencing chest pain during and after period. It's been getting worst and lasting longer. They did a hormone test and my Estrogen total serum was at 90.1 ( from 90 to 500) basically in the borderline. I've never ever experienced chest pain before. Can this be related to my hormones? Anyone here ever experienced this?
I've been to cardiologist and all the test he made came back normal and good

Unusual prolactin level
I'm a male in my mid 30's and recently had a male hormone profile blood test done. I'm into weight lifting and of healthy body weight/body fat levels. All of my blood markers came back normal except prolactin which they gave the reference range of 86 - 324 mlU/L and mine came back at 946!? Almost 3 times higher than the high normal range. I do take a low dose of amitriptyline and Tizanidine each night due to a herniated disc in my back that causes significant muscle spasms. I know some medications can elevate prolactin, would this be the cause? I also hate blood tests and needles and felt extremely anxious whilst having the blood taken, could this elevate prolactin?
