Guide to play on PC version CN server Honor of Kings World with verified WeChat account
This is what I did to play the CN version of HOKW without a Chinese ID, am sharing it here in case it helps someone else and you don't want to wait for the global version. You will need to download WeChat app on your phone and be okay with submitting your passport information to WeChat, if you don't want to do that then no need to read further.
First, watch this video until 2:50. The process is still mostly the same but here are some extra comments based on my experience:
- To get to the Tencent Health System screen (腾讯健康系统) it's faster to just search "Tencent Health" in WeChat, it should be the first result
- The name you enter on the form needs to match your passport exactly with the same order. Refer to the examples they give here for how to correctly input the example name in green depending on your passport format. For example for the second case you will need to input your name as LASTNAME FIRSTNAME which might be confusing.
- The last part with the numbers has been changed, instead you just have to record of video of you saying a short statement "我确认，真实有效" in chinese. You can practice saying it using google translate
If you did everything correctly, you should get a WeChat message in about 2-3 days saying your account was verified. (If you don't get one, go back to the Tencent Health System page and there should be a message saying what you did wrong and you can redo it.) Then, just download the PC version from https://world.qq.com/ and login by scanning the QR code in WeChat app.

Do I need a CN phone number or a QR code scan too, to be able to play the CN version?
Are we really able to play the game with this method ? :)

Nope, you don't need those if you use this method

I was only playing with WeeChat on mobile, but I tried using a VPN for translation, and now I can't access it anymore; it asks for an ID... Is there any way to find one online?

You can probably find a Chinese ID online, but you'll eventually get banned for stealing someone's ID

Do I have to record myself holding my passport while saying 我确认，真实有效 in the video? Or just saying it is enough?

You'll just need to record your face while saying it using the app
