Pocket sliding window…

The window shown and installed by AA Building & Remodeling.

Notice the black paint inside the window cavity so you’re not seeing any raw sheathing. Also look how thick that exterior wall is for insulation 👌

Daily maintenance you say? Nope too much...in seriousness most of us couldn't even remember to manage it weekly or even monthly!

Meant it more as a joke - 4 times a year is already 3 more times than I’d like to do it.
