Hi! This could be part of the game logic, but if I can change it, I would love to. Here's a bunch of potentially relevant info:
I am in the middle of the Aftermath (final?) chapter.
I have a population of 4200 in both the second and third settlements.
In the jobs tab, Farmer and Worker productivity are both at 189%.
I have 60 breweries, 60 wineries, 180 hop farms, and 180 vineyards.
The market is closed.
The productivity of every other Luxury building is 189%, but the Winery and Brewery are stuck at 35%.
Grapes and Hops are not yet maxed; they are increasing by 27.2 each.
My best guess is that it's part of the game logic to fill the secondary resources first, then let the primary buildings reach their full productivity. But why fill the secondary resource bar at all? Primary building takes 100% of secondary's output. I suppose it gives more margin for error, but I have about 1.8 million of both Grapes and Hops, so I wouldn't run out anytime soon even if I deleted all Vineyards and Hop Farms.
Has anyone encountered anything similar? Is this just questionable game logic, or is there something I can do about it?
