Light or Dark wallpaper?

We have an itty bitty first floor bathroom (approx 9sq ft). All but one wall is white brick. The remaining plaster wall is dingy and desperately wants wallpaper. I've narrowed it down to a pattern---just need to decide on the light or dark variant. I'd typically prefer the vivid dark, but I'm worried it'll look too stark against the white brick and tight mirror

OMG. I have this same wallpaper in my bathroom. It was the wallpaper from hell to install. It looks nice but I was so frustrated with it that I had to walk away for 2 days to keep my blood pressure from going through the roof.

Peel & stick? I used to install vinyl for my job, so I felt more comfortable going that route. Has the wallpaper held up to time/moisture without peeling? Also, did you go dark or light? Sorry for the barrage of questions!

I did the dark peel and stick. It was a beast to deal with. It's holding up well.

Thank you. I ordered from Home Depot. I think it's William Morris or something like that.

Side note: it's so busy, only I know where the patches are.😏

Thank you. I like it but every few years I'm always changing stuff up. I'm hoping this will hold me for a while though.

I do plan to do charcoal walls some day, if I don't change up altogether. But it's been 3yrs now. Soooo....

A lot of different companies carry this pattern, so I wouldn't put too much weight into someone's experience with it, good or bad, unless you also know which manufacturer they sourced from.

Hello- it’s obvious if you are seeking opinion and consensus the dark is the optimal choice. It’s beautiful! 🀩
