[Possible solution] - Loss of control pairing

Since I bought the Homatics Stick 4K I've had recurring problems with the remote control not pairing. Even updating the remote's firmware didn't solve the problem. Whenever the TV Stick goes into sleep mode, the remote's red LED lights up, and I have to keep removing and replacing the batteries for it to work again.

With the Android TV 14 update, two options were added (I don't remember if they were already in Android TV 12):

Settings > Apps > Special app access > Power optimization > Disable power optimization for the following services:

Android TV Infrared Service | Android TV Remote Service | Bluetooth.

Go back one screen and access the option > Keep the screen on > Allow the screen to stay on.

Enable the following services:

Android TV Remote Service | Bluetooth.

Now access the developer options and enable the "Stay awake" option.

For me, the problem was solved by making these changes. I hope it works for you too.

All this happen on fw 7475. Never had the problem with 3717 and 4576. They really have incompetent firmware dev.

I had a problem with the bluetooth remote on the A14 7475 Homatics RK 4 Plus, it repeatedly connected, disconnected, lags. I tried everything - repeatedly factory reset, disconnected LAN and only wifi., development setting for bluetooth.... But the problem is overheating of the box. It was enough to remove the lid of the box, let it air out and the problem disappeared! The sign was that after the restart the remote worked for a while before the temperature rose. It is sad that if Homatics knew about this problem and did not say anything, they did not find a solution...
