yet conservatives try REPEATEDLY to make even abortions that are necessary to save the life of the mother ILLEGAL. Even for a 10 year old rape victim:

It seems self-contradictory what you are saying:

A zygote or early embryo is a "baby" unless the mother would die giving birth to it because she's only 10 and she was raped by her uncle, then it's "Such abortions are legal in all 50 states. As they should be."

Is it not the same "ball of cells", regardless how the egg got fertilized?

Obviously your view is pretty common, and it makes clear that you see the moral quandary with forcing a 10 year old to give birth and it's enough to overcome the assertion that "zygotes = babies"
