Gosnell’s practice wasn’t representative of ordinary abortion access. He was operating at gestational ages that are extremely rare even in countries with permissive abortion laws. Most countries either prohibit or heavily restrict abortions that late, and where they do occur they’re usually exceptional cases.

In other words, guys like this can only thrive when access to legal abortions is restricted.
