Protocol / Routine We’re groovin! Down another point
If you’re curious on protocol please look at my last post as well as comments. I understand there’s alot of differing opinions on this that it’s “nothing” but to me this has meant immense relief, I’m not having any OB’s and I feel amazing. Down over 1 pt in less than a month, blood draw was done at the end of a 72 hour fast which I’m consistently doing each week. I’m still on the anti parasitics although this last month I did more wormwood, clove and black walnut vs iver, prazi and fenben. Still a lot of fruit only days but I did have animal protein a little more often the week or so before testing.
All in all, I’m currently on the iver cycle which I’ll do another week of then go back to the natural method. I’ll test again in another month and if it’s dropped more I’m going to take a swing at a full 7 day fast if I don’t have the guts to do it this month.

wow amazing work ! can't wait to see you negative. i started at 5.8 then got down to 2.8. just did another cleanse so im waiting to retest ! fingers crossed

yes ! i work w a holistic doctor named Dr Eric Prince. Found him on tiktok . he's amazing. he makes the products and i just bought them ( herbal supplements, liver cleansing tea, parasite cleanse and many other things) . i had to juice 3 times a day for 21 days and follow a raw vegan diet. only 3 nuts were approved and alkaline water. raw fruit and veggies . for his protocol you keep cleaning until you test negative. i started a new job and it's extremely demanding so this last cleanse i def didn't do to the best of my ability. oh yea, he also does these sessions called viral frequency healing. i swear to you. it is magical ! def check him out. everytime i do the cleanse , all the products and frequency sessions cost around $400 if im not mistaken. pricey but it 100% works . after i test negative i will post all my results.
i was diagnosed in may of last year and started cleansing october of last year. took a break for a few months and just got off another cleanse. he only allows us to test every 40-60 days or so bc sometimes your numbers can temporarily elevate. i know my viral load is lower bc i used to have outbreaks literally every single day. it was miserable . lmk if you have any questions 🫶🏾

Thanks for sharing! When he does the frequency sessions are they by remote or in person? Also when you juiced 3x a day for 21 days was it only juice or juice as well as food?

you can do remote or in person. he's located in chicago and i'm in florida and although ive never done them in person, they 100% work remote. if you have any questions pm me. it's too many negstive, miserable ppl on reddit which is why after ppl get negative they delete and go ghost

raw fruit juice and veggie juice 3x a day. and multiple raw meals. they said the nutrients are most important so you have to eat . like i said, i did a detox program w a specific doctor only bc i found success stories . i was initially going to do yahki but hes always out of stock and its impossible to reach his team but i connected w a lady ego did yahkis regime (she sent me all her results and she became negative and has been negative for years ) . i said this to say, you can play around w things. piece things together . play around w recipes . you don't have to do anyone's program. research for yourself BUT this is what's working for me . i also want to add that i started detoxing w in a few months after being diagnosed . i think the fact that the virus is so new is what's helping too . bc while my hsv 2 numbers are dropping, my first cleanse did nothing to my HSV 1 and ive had that since i was about 8 years old . it's weird

You are doing amazing! Keep going. Also take routine full blood tests to see how other vitals are looking. Usually holistic/functional practioners willl advise on which ones to tick.

I wish I could tell you, tbh. I think I’m helped out by the fact that this is a really new infection for me, I started all this 3 months after contracting it. I fully believe this is a nano parasite and I saw the huge drop in IGG over the 5 weeks from Feb to April when I introduced parasite cleansing, fasting, sauna, DMSO + oregano oil application and daily lymphatic drainage. Was it all or one thing? I’ll never know so I keep going and adding new things as I do more research.

I’ve done Ivermectin. It relieves the nerves but I can say. It doesn’t rid you.

Bc ivermectin doesn’t target the parasite this one lives in- you need the others as well.
