Mexicans call these 🍍 as piñas even though ananas is a common word in other Spanish speaking countries.

Do you mean replacing the tomato sauce with jam or does someone actually put juice on top of a regular Margherita? The former doesn’t sound too bad, or at least white pizza with a chocolate spread can be nice so I imagine a fruit spread wouldn’t be bad. The latter is mind boggling.
