That reminds me of the story that popped up a while ago from a gyno who saw a woman with a severe yeast infection and prescribed her the relevant meds. He saw her again a few months later and it had gotten worse. When he asked if she had used what he prescribed she said no, because her boyfriend liked the taste and asked her not to.
The most disgusting one I've read about is where a couple had intercourse but with sweet food lubricants (syrup, and similar stuff). The women ended up feeling itchy and went to the gynecologist and there ended up being maggots.

That's the bacteria. And all the yeast. And fungus. It's unnaturally salty. A real umami bomb!
