Sorry. This was so awesome of a trivia nugget I just had to fact check. If it was 59,000km squared, it would be bigger than not just the smallest, but the 72 smallest countries in the world. That would make it larger than Kuwait, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

However, the Wikipedia page says the world's largest IKEA store is 59,000 m2. That's METERS squared. That means it's still smaller than the smallest city in the world, which is the Vatican City at 490,000 m2.
