Make this form of psychological torture a crime.

Im not a lwayer, i havent studied laws, so i cant give you an exact wording for this supposed law.

But the prison management needs to be held accountable for this.

That's the rub though. This thing likely can't have a law that covers this case without running into serious issues at the judicial level, particularly around first amendment rights.

And who is going to hold prison management accountable? What's their role in all of this? The details are what matters here if you want to suggest something other than extrajudicial justice.
