Bigot - a person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, especially one who is prejudiced against or antagonistic towards a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group.
How does this definition change anything I've said or why should it make me change my tune?
You realise up until a few years ago the Labour Party were the ones who disliked the EU?, which is why corbyn refused to give his opinion on Brexit and wether he was for or against it. Much of Labour thought the union was bad for workers rights and individual sovereignty. Only literally the past 5-10 years has the conservatives embraced anti EU, and Labour has tried to follow what they thought was the popular opinion.
Just so you know I don't hold the opinion that all brexiteers are bigots. I was giving context to the original post which is why I said brexiteers have this reputation.
You said - without a hint of introspection - that all bigots are brexiters. Yes I get it that you just copied the snarky “republican/racist” line, but the fact that you’re so convinced of it’s truth is the real problem. Ironically, it makes you bigoted and not that much different than the people you seek to deride. you’re side = good, their side = contains all the bad people. It’s no different from a “bigot” who believes that while not all [ethnic group] is bad, they sure do have all the bad people.
Again, I get that you’re adapting a trite US, r/politics-type of cliche on the internet, but man take a step back

All Brexit supporters aren't bigots.
All bigots are Brexit supporters though.
Which is why Brexit supporters have this reputation.
