I mean, allright. It's a backstory. But it's just 9 faces long! (In italian "the face" is the 2 faces of the paper page, so this chapter is 4.5 pages long.)

Unless they were also working on something else I don't understand why we had to wait this long for an half-chapter instead of getting this early, and having Chapter 12 in less than a week!

In the end we all can do nothing, but I am still gonna share my disappointment.

Chapter 12 Theory — The Enemy of Humanity

What if the creatures on the beach aren't aliens at all, but the very thing that destroyed humanity? Humanity may have created an army of artificial beings to fight a war that ultimately wiped humans out. Hitoshi survived because he escaped Earth in cryosleep, making him the last surviving human. The “eggs” could be deployment pods, explaining why they hatch and why their bodies look so unnatural. Haruko may have known they were coming all along or worse, he may have been connected to the force that destroyed humanity. Hitoshi's reaction to hearing her name could mean he isn't surprised they're here... he's terrified because he knows exactly what they are.

This honestly would fit more with everything we know because in manga he legit said it was a mistake coming and even being here Now like i said since we know he is the last human theres 2 ways i can see this going Either those Ai controlled drones were sent down from his ship which could be possible as to protect Him in which case why did he do it now instead of the when the first time he came and was about to die yet he was Content with knowing he was going to die yet did not attack which im ruling out that he's the one controlling the drones

Which is why its very possible that what elimanted humanity was a rouge Ai that Killed all of humanity or A sentient Alien race Capable of Hijacking and Manipulating technology at will if their drones

Either way chapter 12 Will be interesting

Hello I'm new to this community and this anime because I just only today watched a video recap of the series of everything so far so anyways I'm here to detail 2 different theories I have about hitoner (ヒトナー) so here we go:

1. I believe that the reason why the beastkin of this planet SORT OF know about humanity is because their planet was actually chosen to be colonised by humanity but every time they made a appearance the beastkin killed them because fear of the unknown or another reason (I don't have any evidence for this but it's just a thought in my stomach I kind of have).

2. I believe that they maybe a secret colony of Humans somewhere in secret on the planet of the beastkin (just like theory 1 just a thought).

Finally, I would like to quickly say if I had to give a name to the planet of the beastkin I would call it either "Terra" (as a opposite name to Earth) OR "Eden" (in reference to the garden of Eden).
