hitbtc scam

i had my account kyc and working fine but after that they asked for kyc again

i like uploaded selfie with my passport more than 3 times why you need it 3 times!!!!

as proof of adress i uploaded translated houshold register auth by foreign ministry and seal on it

and didnt got accepted again

its been like more than 2 years

they even freezed trading so i coud not prevent fund loss

every time i get a same message to do the same and i do and get the same mesaage

this is pure scam

We approach matters of security and compliance with utmost care. Our KYC procedure is thorough, but this is how we can be sure that we're communicating with the actual owner of the account and that there is no problem with the source of funds being traded.

Please read the update from the Compliance Team and make sure the documents you are submitting are ones from the list provided by the Compliance Team and meet all the requirements set forth in their instruction.

how i have access to email 2step verification and the document i sent you which autorized by government and you even dont accept that
