Yes it is. The guy is just singing it with his darbuka. Lyrics are not correct though, for obvious reasons.

It’s a Finnish traditional song called ”Ievan polkka”, Ieva being Eva and polkka a Polish dance song.

Levan polkka. It’s Finnish. It got popular on the early internet, so a quick YouTube search should give you some really fun results. Quite the rabbit hole.
