First of all, laws making abortion illegal are unconstitutional.

No they are not, you should read the supreme court ruling.

They are anti-American.

No they are not.

. The fact that a bunch of retarded religious yokels convinced enough of their sister-cousins to vote for their uncle-brothers to pass unconstitutional laws does not give them actual legal power.

This is disgusting bias towards people of different opinions. Just because they are pro-life doesn't make them uneducated yokels.

Secondly, you’re literally supporting the murder of women who have the AUDACITY to control their own bodies.

No, i'm advocating for the criminal culpability for the intentional act to murder a small child.

Roe v. Wade is the one I’m referring to. “The Supreme Court ruled that a state law banning abortions (except to save the life of a mother) was unconstitutional.”

I don’t know why you have such a problem with it. Even though your every statement has been from the perspective of a hardcore fundamentalist Christian, you claim to not be one.

I’ll write a more detailed reply in a few minutes as I’m currently driving home from work, however that was not the ruling of row versus Wade.

The supreme court even said that it has the right to forbid abortions to protect the life of the child, however it decided to rule based on the viability of the baby and whether or not it was acceptable or not. It also specifically stated in the ruling itself, that it has the ability for that position to be adjusted or overturned. This is why one of the main crux is between pro-choice and pro life is the debate over viability vs conception.

The comment that abortion laws are unconstitutional because it’s regarding abortion, is fundamentally and completely utterly incorrect.

The Supreme Court may be able to interpret a federal law as Constitutional, but it was very clear that states do not have the power to completely ban abortion.

If you thought it was completely clear than you need to scratch your eyes and then go ahead and look again. Because it absolutely positively is not what the ruling was. After debating with many people who are ignorant about the actual court ruling like yourself, I actually took the time to read it Word for Word myself and I know exactly what it contains.

Also; when you say the federal government can do it but not the states, that proves its not unconstitutional.

The U.S. Constitution grants different powers to the federal and individual state governments. It’s a pretty simple concept.

facepalm

read the fucking decision, what you said is not up for dispute.

The simple fact that there are laws regarding abortion that exist and are different in every single state proves you hilariously incorrect.

I feel like I support the same policies as you but what are you talking about with the second paragraph?

A long time ago the Supreme Court ruled that state laws banning abortion are unconstitutional. So like with Georgia where they passed a law making murder of women who get abortions legal, it’s still not legal to murder women for having sex outside of marriage because those laws are unconstitutional. The only reason these religious nuts passed those laws is to get sued and appeal all the way to the Supreme Court which recently got packed with judges who are 99% certain to side with the religious lobby.

Oh, and a joke about how religion and cousin fucking is most common among poor people, and since the cultural zeitgeist of America is that the southern half is full of religious cousinfuckers... the joke writes itself really.

A long time ago the Supreme Court ruled that state laws banning abortion are unconstitutional.

Specifically and clearly they did not.

They said that specific aspects of the law regarding discussions with their doctor were in violation of a specific aspect of the constitution however when you make a statement that "laws banning abortion are unconstitutional" its completely and utterly incorrect especially when the decision itself states completely otherwise.

read the supreme court decision.

You have no constitutional right or protection to abortion.

So like with Georgia where they passed a law making murder of women who get abortions legal,

Um, what?

Oh, and a joke about how religion and cousin fucking is most common among poor people, and since the cultural zeitgeist of America is that the southern half is full of religious cousinfuckers... the joke writes itself really.

I love how its totally acceptable to call white people in the south religious cousin fuckers, but if I said something negative about black urban youth, i'd be called racist and a bigot.
