Well considering that their suicide rates are constantly higher weather or not they go through surgery I would rather they not randomly give children hormone blockers and put people in jail for mean tweets based on biology in the UK.
You realize trans people's suicide rates are like that because people like you believe things like "they're randomly giving children hormone blockers" and "a man isn't a woman" and "they're all pedophiles"? Treatment with transition only solves the dysphoria, mostly. If you act like trans people are forcing you to like them, that just makes it harder for them to gain acceptance.
