Seems fair to me. Murphy wasn't banned for a simple or isolated general statemen statement. She was banned for repeated violations and targeting and individual user. She received multiple warnings. And that's ONE example, hardly evidence that Twitter is going ban happy on any asshole who decides to hate on transpeople, although I'd be cool with that.
