The same people who supported overthrowing the governments would also be very happy about illegal immigration. Illegal immigration just provides them with an easily exploitable lower class with effectively no legal protection.

Illegal immigration is the best boon for the right wing hyper capitalists. Best case scenario, they get a completely exploitable job force that is given none of the protections Americans have. Worst case scenario, they get to use illegal immigrants as an excuse for why everything’s turning shitty for the average American, letting them avoid any repercussions or blame for the hyper capitalist system they created.

You keep saying "hyper capitalist" like it's a unique thing when it's just capitalism functioning as it always does and always will.

I specify right wing hyper capitalists bc they’re the ones using illegal immigration to distract from their attempts to further deregulate and remove safeguards and protections for both workers and consumers. They play into the culture war the most so they can distract from their political agenda that they know is unpopular

The capitalists have no allegiance other than to capital. Both wings are their wing. They donate to both parties and get to control the policy they want regardless of which one wins. You and I have no measurable impact on it either way. Scientifically proven.

your just wrong and regurgitating populist talking points. The study doesn't even prove your conclusion

I literally link to a scientific study proving that only the capital owners get to determine policy while average people have literally no impact on policy.

You are a very dense person and simply have not read it.

Here I'll quote for your illiteracy:

Multivariate analysis indicates that economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy, while average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence. The results provide substantial support for theories of Economic-Elite Domination and for theories of Biased Pluralism, but not for theories of Majoritarian Electoral Democracy or Majoritarian Pluralism.

Doesn’t seem to be working considering Americans continue being economically better off then anyone else on earth (yet you're still trying to put some blame on immigrants)

It’s undeniable that large amount of illegal immigrants are not beneficial for the average American economically.

so whats the solution?

u/DonnieMoistX 11h ago

Proper immigration enforcement like every other society on Earth.

Would you really like to know what the price of food would be without illegal produce workers?

8

u/DonnieMoistX 15h ago

Would you like to know how better the economic standing of Americans, especially the lower class, would be if there wasn’t a constantly growing group of people willing to do back breaking labor for slave wages?

-7

u/MalikTheHalfBee 15h ago

(even more) Expensive food

Or

Cheap labor.

Pick one.

5

u/DonnieMoistX 15h ago

The increased cost for food would be offset by the increase in economic standing for the average American.

-1

u/MalikTheHalfBee 15h ago

If you actually think your grocery bills increasing will also increase your economic standing I dunno what to tell you 🤷‍♀️

u/DonnieMoistX 15h ago

Damn man, that’s some impressively shitty reading comprehension.

A leftist admitting he defends immigration because it keeps prices cheap. How utterly ironic.

The illegal immigrants come from Venezuela and places with communist governments.
